During the pandemic I had some extra time on my hands, and decided to engage my coworkers into a series of workshops to define our values,
guidelines for expression and other tools that put down in words and images what we were as a group of people and a company,
and ultimately our over all design language.
Before it was a norm I was experimenting on how to have several people on digital whiteboards, timeboxing,
drawing exercises and making it engaging to do workshopping and co-design. So much so that I dare say that even now after the pandemic, it's still better to have every person have their own computer even if we're workshopping in the same room. I see the white board as we know as a thing of the past.
Here I exercised a great freedom to interpret and put into a graphic form what we as a team decided that we were.
It was an honour and a great experience, when around so many great designers to be able to be the one to spearhead the change.
